We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For more information check REFUND POLICY

We try to dispatch all orders within one working day of receiving cleared payment and then orders with free shipping can take 1-3 working days via Royal Mail.
With free shipping, your order could take up to 24 hours to dispatch and an extra 1-3 days for shipping. Still nothing after a week? Just email us at info@mymaizbody.com with your order number and we’ll trace your order and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
ORDER ISSUES

Please email us at info@mymaizbody.com as soon as possible so we can make updates to your order before it is packed. If you have requested a change of shipping address and you have not received a confirmation email, you will unfortunately receive your order at the original address.
Returns
To start a return, you can contact Sarah at info@mymaizbody.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. For more information check REFUND POLICY page.
