Unlike most other green teas, matcha contains the entire leaf and bud of the Camellia sinensis (the species of plant used to make green tea, black tea, oolong tea, and white tea). In cultivating matcha, the plant is shade-grown for several weeks before harvest.
Following harvesting, processors grind the leaves of the plants into a fine powder. The results is a great powder form which we have encapsulated for your convenience.

DIRECTIONS
